Going grocery shopping tomorrow and it will be the first time since I started this week. Any recommendations on things to get or have all the time at home? Good snacks or lunch ideas. Thanks! I was put in the purple group

Deli sliced turkey or chicken. Wraps instead of bread. Tumeros are good ones. Sugarfree jello or pudding. Sugarfree Coolwhip. Veggies, fruit.

Grapes- freeze them! Cool whip and pb2 powder with mocha, brown rice, lots of veggies, oatmeal, 0% greek yogurt, baba ghanoush (great dipping sauce for veggies, chicken, rice), turkey sausage links

@ecclesiastes59 I like them frozen  Its a sweet treat in the evenings when I just feel like snacking- they’re crunchy and take longer to eat

@melquist it’s dehydrated peanut butter so its highly reduced in fat content because there’s little to no oil. 2 TB is 1point, I like to mix with 2 TB of cool whip (also 1pt) for a sweet, healthy, pudding-like texture

@ecclesiastes59 yeah! Pick them off the stem, rinse, throw in a ziplock in the freezer. Regular grapes have a weird texture to me. But frozen I dont mind

Pb2 powder is powdered peanut butter. I mix 2T powder with 1T sugar free hazelnut syrup and have peanut butter

Chicken, turkey sausage, eggs, grapes, blueberries, bananas, fresh veggies, sweet potatoes, Sara lee bread, Boars head Turkey, salad and low point dressing. Canned Progresso soup, low fat eggos, Jiff Whipped PN butter.
