Trying to get off of Crystal Light. So looking at maybe infused water with fruit. I have tried it before but the water tasted like water. Even had it sit overnight. Does anyone have a good idea or 2 that would get the flavor in better. I had tried 3 different berries at that time. Also if I juice them and put in will it add points?

Lemon, ginger, mint and cucumber. Helps rev up your metabolism AND tastes great. For more flavor, boil water and then add ingredients.

Add a bit of juice to your water, not much just enough to add a bit of flavor, it won't be enough to add points

Buy flavored waters that are not carbonated. Propel is good. There are others. make sure you get the ones that say zero calories and sugar. The Propel grape is awesome. They are $1. 00 each

I lived off of the zero calorie propel packets you add to water until finally I just didn't need them anymore. I once in awhile throw a packet in if I want a, different taste but I don't need it to survive anymore!

Fresh mint gives water a great flavor. Rub the leaves between your fingers to release the oils before putting it in. Also thinly sliced oranges or lemons, squeezing the rind to release the oils as well. I also add a splash of cranberry or splash of oj.
