They changed that rule many years ago ~ YES ~ anything liquid is counted as WATER!

There are only 5 calories in most Crystal Light water packets and no sugar, they are 0 points. Do watch the water packets though, some do have points.

@lox8081 I just thought maybe it did something to it to make it where u still also need a certain amount of just reg water. I would still think it’s not recommended to drink it as all ur water intake but I would have to look that up. Better than a soda or something for sure

WW now counts all 0 pt drinks as water intake. Diet soda, water, Crystal light, zero calorie sparkling Waters. I mix it up and end up drinking lots more than I would plain water.
