A nutritionist told me that as long as it doesn't have caffeine that it hydrates. Not as efficiently as water, but flavored waters and things like that all hydrate.

OK - I love plain old water but just was looking for something different once in a while - my husband bought some for me last week to be nice - for a treat - I have really tried to give up all sugar substituted sweeteners so I didn't know if that hindered the hydration levels.

Caffeine is a diuretic and hinders it. I love things like Bubbly and La Croix for something different.
