@florencia, 16oz container cool whip, thawed, 1 (1ounce) pkg fat free instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 ounce) pkg sugar free jelloany flavorcombine cool whip pudding and jello mix until smooth, fold in crushed pineappleand mandarin oranges( I didn't like them oranges in there or jello mix) serves 8-10= 1 point servingyou can use other flavors of pudding if you like, ; I've done cool whip cheesecake pudding with pineapple at xmas; mmmmm

@florencia. Here is the recipe: 8 cups peeled and sliced granny Smith apples. (about 8 apples) 2 tbsp cornstarch whisked with 3/4 C water. 3 tbsp Truvia or other sweetener. 2 tsp lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp salt- Spray crockpot with Pam spray. Put apples into crock pot. In a medium Bowl combine the cornstarch with the 3/4 cup of water. Whisk to dissolve and all the remaining ingredients whisk well. Pour over apples in crock pot. Put on low until apples are softened. Recipe says 1 1/2 hours. My crock pot took about 3 hours on low. I stirred them a couple times. Let cool to thicken.
