I’m semi addicted to oatmeal and yogurt parfaits. I have been using canned peaches (no sugar) and blueberries. I make them up on the weekend for the whole week.

Sometimes I do egg wraps with ole extreme wrap, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and a small amount of reduced fat cheese. You can prep on sunday and just pop in the microwave in the morning. Or ham and reduced fat cheese omelette with salsa

I have had egg salad sandwiches for breakfast w/ lite mayo and Sarah Lee lite bread. Sometimes I just sliced a boiled egg onto the bread w/ mayo or mustard and don't even bother to make it into salad.

Hand cheese and egg cups are easy a breakfast. I made two batches recently and froze them in packs of two. And I keep SmartOnes breakfast scrambles in hand. I struggle with lunches.

I've been making breakfast sandwiches ahead of time - Bagel thins with eggs, ham and reduced fat cheese. Toast bagel thins ahead of time, fry the eggs, add a slice of cheese, then fry the ham. Wrap them in foil and keep in fridge then I microwave them for about a minute. There's 8 bagels in a pack, so I make 8 at a time. Kids love them too.

@imposture how many points is that
by (840 points)
@reiff Bagel thin - 3 point, I use 2 eggs = 4 pts, 2 oz ham - 2 pts and last time I made them I used Sargento Ultra thin mild cheddar slices, 2 of them is 3 points. All together the sandwich is 12 points. But you could make it less points depending on what you use. It's worth it for me at 12. I'm on the green plan.

I make a breakfast burrito using Ole Extreme Wellness flour tortilla, fried (or scrambled) egg, piece of Kirkland 98% fat free ham, and a slice of Velveeta cheese. 2 point breakfast.

Usually eggs, you can add lots of things to them for variety, and they are low in points.

I buy the salad kits with all the stuff in them. I only use half the stuff in the kit and throw on a can of chicken breast meat. It’s fast easy and an easy grab and go.
