I've been making breakfast sandwiches ahead of time - Bagel thins with eggs, ham and reduced fat cheese. Toast bagel thins ahead of time, fry the eggs, add a slice of cheese, then fry the ham. Wrap them in foil and keep in fridge then I microwave them for about a minute. There's 8 bagels in a pack, so I make 8 at a time. Kids love them too.
