I love peanut butter and jelly on toast for breakfast. I switched to no sugar jelly but there’s Splenda in it and I hate the after taste. Does anyone have suggestions for a jelly replacement? I bought apple butter this evening.

I made my own, by smashing up fresh berries and using chia seeds to thicken. Still a little runnier than regular jelly but yummy and no added sugar

I love the Walden Farms apple butter. Not a fan of all their products especially the syrups but, the apple butter tastes good to me.

How about just smooshing some fruit, you can add whatever you like to sweeten, or nothing at all.

Fresh fruit. I often have a Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat British Muffin (3 smart points) toasted with 2 T peanut butter (6 smart points) and fresh raspberries (0 smart points). Tastes like PB and J. I din’t don’t blend the fruit just put it on whole.

MAKE YOUR OWN SF JELLY - mash a pint of fresh strawberries and cook on low to med-low till starts to bubble, stir often with silicone spatula. Soften a packet of gelatin in about 1 cup warm water, add to strawberries and stir until it starts to bubble more and thickens, keep stirring for an additional 3-5 minutes (add your choice of sweetener at this time also - I use monk fruit) Pour into a covered glass storage container and refrigerate. Your own homemade strawberry jelly!

If you use all monk fruit your jam will crystalize. I don't use any more than . 5 cup with other sweeteners. The jam doesn't have to be real sweet though
