Really beating myself up over having 3 chocolate chip cookies at 9 points each today. Have an all day training event tomorrow for work, was going to go to lunch with co workers (to be determined, feeling too guilty to even go tomorrow) but also wanted to treat myself to Dunkin’ in the morning. Good low point iced coffee ideas? Old me would get a large mocha, cream and sugar. Please help!

@moua278 that is the best thing to remember it is a life change not a diet but a change. I have that hard time of to tell myself the same. My husband is always tell on step at a time. If that is to much then one second

I took a premier protein with me today and ordered a shot of espresso in a small cup. added my protein and it was close enough to a caramel macchiato for me! Maybe you could try the same but with a chocolate one.

Start over at your next meal. depending when you went off the rails. We've all done it and we'll probably do it again.

@euryale; don’t feel bad. I totally blew it in Tuesday, 2 slices of pizza, 6 chicken wings and 2 hefty pieces of cake for lunch. I had yogurt for dinner that night and went to the gym Tuesday. Got up Wednesday new day new focus went to the gym again and today. Look forward and start fresh v and know you can do it!

Hi all! Check out thefitnesschef page on Facebook. I stumbled across his page on Instagram. I love his outlook on food/diet. He does a lot of comparison on food choices with calorie counts. It reminds me that it’s ok occasionally eat “bad” food. The difference maybe picking Jr Hamburg over a Big Mac. Puts things in perspective and helps move me away from the “I screwed up my diet” mentality.

I know in advance I'm going off the rails tonight. Valentines Day chocolate is coming! However, I know after I will get right back to eating properly again.

Count and move on. There will be days. I just had a 5 point bag of pretzels. No guilt I tracked it . So maybe I won’t have a Carb at dinner

Yes track it and move on. Life happens. We just need to not beat ourselves up. For coffee I use 1 cream at DD with a 0 or flavor like hazelnut or toasted almond!

I saved some points yesterday, going Out for early Valentines Day. I had Filet, a glass of wine, salad, grilled zucchini, and Crem-Bru-Le(sp) and was still within point limit❤️ and had lost . 5 lbs this morning! Win, Win

You ate three and stopped? Good for you! Did you track and adjust the rest of your meals and snacks? If so, good for you! Why are you beating yourself up? Stop the negative talk. If you treat yourself to DD tomorrow track and adjust and move on.
