Jump starts are not what you want. This program is designed to have you learn how to eat properly and lose weight in a very healthy manner. It teaches you about foods that effect your body and why. If we knew this we wouldn't be where we are today. I have lost 78#'s and now I look at foods as if they were numbers and make my choices accordingly. I wish you success in your journey.

You need to do the assessment and do that program. The assessment goes by your lifestyle age height and weight. They say to always give it two weeks before you change

I think you should decide on what program is best for you look at the foods that are outside the point Foods at those foods are what you tend to go to the next the best plan for you but I would say try each plan for a week or two and know how each plan works and see what your success rate and how easy it was to stay on the program

They all work if you work them. The assesment really helps. My roomate struggled with purple b. c. she likes all the free foods too much so she likes green b. c. she needs the portion control. But everyone is different.

I Love purple. It really depends on your eating style. I'd say try Blue, if you are not sold in a month, try Purple or green. I know people who swear by green. They all work if we follow them honestly

I started on purple but was not losing much because I was eating to many free foods and not watching portion sizes. So have changed over to blue and I seem to be doing a lot better.

Not one plan is better than the other. You won’t lose more weight on one plan than the other. When you find a plan that works best for you then you are golden! Everybody is different.

When I am tempted to eat something I shouldn't I ask myself "will that food taste as good as losing weight feels?" And the answer is always no and I move on.
