To start, I would find out how many points the food is that you’re eating now. Some of it may be low points. Then work to incorporate zero foods into your diet: fruit, veggies, eggs, chicken and turkey breast. That will give you a good start. Use your scanner when shopping and find low foods to eat.

Go to the website and look at your color portion. best i can say, is read a lot. they have recipes, workouts, suggestions, etc. you can use the ww app on your phone when you go to the store - hit the bar scanner up at the top and it will tell you points and serving sizes of all the foods. they also have some restaurants on the app and you use the microphone and tell what restaurant and it will list the dishes and point value for you. it is a very good tool. i have spent a lot of time on the website to find all kinds of information and they also have a FAQ button at each page at bottom for you to ask questions. The app has been my best friend! I use it to track all my meals, find recipes and use the barcode scanner to compare points in the grocery store. For example: Great Value black beans are 5 points fir 1 cup but Unico black beans are 0 for 1 cup! You can make smart choices.
