Does anyone ever weigh in a day early? I'm going to be out of town on my weigh in day, and I just feel like I need the accountability rather than skipping a week.

I do it all the time Becca my schedule fluctuates a lot. Don’t get frustrated if the scale is not where you want! You are weighing in on a different day and not giving yourself a full week of change.

I do that in the summer when I'm off from school and can't make my Saturday meeting.

I do on-line only and I weigh in every day

As long as I go once a week. I give myself a break about what day it is . but I usually only stay for the meeting with my favorite leader

Yes or day late gor me as I am normally Sunday which is the first day of the week.
