Does anyone else have trouble on weigh in days while on your period? I did great on week one and now On week 2 it seems that I've gained everything back. I'm pretty discouraged today.

So, you are in the SECOND week of a lifelong program . don't stress it. If you are doing what you are supposed to, then just keep doing that. It's part of the female condition and women just have to learn to accept that. It probably isn't going away for most women any time soon, so just go with the flow, so to speak.

I was too. I had weighin 2 days before my period and lost 0. I was so discouraged. But I stuck with it through the next week and was down 5lbs.

Always! I’m always up on period weeks. I typically have a bigger loss the week following than the rest of the month!

It took me a good 8 months to get used to WW for that time frame. It gets way easier! Try hot tea

I always gain the week on my period. But stay on track and drink tons of water 1-3 pounds next week always!

I’m a hot mess the 2 weeks before my period . usually up 2-4lbs but as soon as i get it i’m down the same

Sometimes we retain water during period. don't worry, just keep on track. next week will be better!

Keep going. That bloating before and during the period will end, and you may have a nice drop on the scales.

I eat so so much the week before and I feel depressed and have big mood swings, I at least try to do a zumba workout in the privacy of my own home to try to balance it out a little but staying in my points is a joke
