My friend's daughter was there last February. Now she is at 190. She's doing it, tracking all the way. You can too! Hugs

My starting weight was 278 ‍♀️ I lost 70 in 10 months and maintained that loss for several months. then got on board again and lost another 5 and thanksgiving day woke up to the scale saying 200. 0  Gained 7lbs over the holidays (which is now gone) and headed to lose my last 30. STICK WITH IT! I didn’t do any exercise more than housework and normal everyday waking ((which I do not consider exercise))

by (1.2k points)
Weight watchers and the gym. I did a lot of cardio at first that was my absolute primary focus for about 6 months. I started out literally just walking for 45 minutes and I just went from there. Now I stil do my cardio everyday but I also do strength training and free weights. I was already down about 55 pounds in the photo on the left. The photo on the right was last week
