I weigh myself every morning. Thursdays it kills me. Because waterway is a legit thing. But I know never to over eat. I don’t know it’s super mental

No more than once a month. Takes me that long to recover from the news.

Every morning before getting dressed. It makes it easier to see if there are changes the wrong way very quickly instead of being surprised a week or 2 down the road.

Only on Friday morning at workshop. I will not become a slave to the scale. I was weighing morning and night in the stress of that was causing me to eat when I was up and eat when I was down. I definitely found out I was an emotional eater. I had to take control of it and so I just only way on Fridays and it seems to work for me anyway. BTW, I just reached my next goal of 100 pounds lost. And I'm excited I have 25 lbs more to go to be at my permanent goal.

Every morning. But please try to remember every one is different, and its your journey and you have to do whatever works best for you. Plus if we think of it as a healthy lifestyle, not a diet, it makes it a bit easier! Good luck!

I get on the scale daily, that way I am reminded of 3 things; 1. Affirming I made good choices the day before, 2. If I didn’t make good choices the day before, 3. Tomorrow is another day in my journey.

Once in the morning before breakfast. Important thing to remember weight fluctuates there for I just watch the trend. If the fluctuation bothers you, maybe once a week. I don’t weigh more than once a day

I was just about to say it's not a diet but a lifestyle change and when you hit goal, if you haven't change your mentality then you will just gain it all back and nothing will have changed.

They say you should weigh yourself once a week, but I must admit, I weigh daily. Why, because I like to see how my food affects my weight. I know there are certain meals that actually put on some ounces - whether it be water weight or not, I’m mindful of that.

To me, diet is a four letter word so I either say lifestyle change or new plan. I weigh daily because I find that I do better if I track, exercise and weigh in to keep myself motivated.

I’m not on a diet! I’m on a healthy lifestyle plan! There is a big difference! Diet means depriving yourself of the things you enjoy. WW teaches you how to have the things you enjoy in moderation and still loose weight! I weigh in 2-3 times per week!
