How do you calculate marinade? I want to marinate chicken breast then just bake them.

I’d probably put some in and then the amount you’ll actually get on your Brest and count for like 2-3 pts

I always calculate high. I take whatever it is that I use, and divide by the number of servings I am getting out of it. I would rather be higher than under. (PS, is this good? usually use Lowerys. )

@spanos58 I will pick some up the next time we are there. We just tried one of their packets for teriyaki chicken wings, and did it on chicken breast instead and baked in the oven. It was really good. So was the garlic parm that we used the other day.
