@knurled I have an attachment for my stand mixer and make my own riced cauliflower

Put chopped onion in a skillet. Add minced garlic. Cook until light brown. Add cauliflower until it is brown (10 minutes). Then I take it out. put a little. I can’t believe it’s not butter. Add lime juice. Lime zest and cilantro to taste. So good with beans and chicken with peppers.
