Ok, I’m a little confused on the FitPoints. Sometimes I see FitPoints available and sometimes I don’t when I know I have like 7 for that day. And what does it mean when the FitPoint number is circled and when it is not each day?

So Fit points only show up when you go over a certain amount if you’re talking about exchanging for points to eat. If you’re linking with your Fitbit you need to make sure you’re syncing your Fitbit in order for Fitbit to calculate and then make sure you sync your ww app to ensure they linked together.

WW hoards 3-4 fitpoints each day to accommodate for typical daily activity. Going to the bathroom, walking to the kitchen, etc.

I changed mine to “not swapping” so that it shows ALL the Fit Points I earn. If I go over my Weekly points, it shows a negative, but in my mind, I know how many FitPoints cover that. I just like to see every FitPoint I earn under the Activity tab.
