So I’m tracking tomorrow’s dinner tonight. Which only leaves me with 4 pts left. I don’t like to use those 4 and don’t like using the weeklies. I need zero pt breakfast ideas please for blue?

Use your weeklies. That’s why they are there . Egg whites with steamed veggies like spinach, eggplant. Eggs with salsa. I use purple and my options are easier for me. For example, what u suggested would be zero, then I would add a slice of 647 bread which would be with one point or a one point tortilla. Sometimes I have that same tortilla with eggs , w slicked of turkey bacon and that would be 2. Take a look at the item in the picture. Might work. Hang in there!

Egg whites, fresh fruit. Bumble bee chipotle or lemon pepper tuna are 0 point for 1 packet. You can purchase at Walmart for $1.

Just curious. why don't you like to use weeklies? They are there to be used in these situations because this plan is there to help remodel our eating habits with room for the occasional splurge. Hugs

I do low wheat bread slice dipped in egg sub/cinnamon in a pan with Pam spray. Covered in strawberries and blueberries, banana slices. One point on green and worth that point!

The program is designed to be sustainable for life. The program gives us the points we need to make us happy and healthy. You can feel free to eat all of your points. I stay in a range of 5 below to 5 above. It let's me live my best life. That being said have a salad with some zero point protein or an omlette.

Scrambled eggs made with water not milk add black beans and bell peppers. Top with a quarter cup of fat-free mozzarella and fat free cheddar cheese. Add mild salsa to the top and serve with sliced strawberries blueberries and grapes. Zero points and very filling. Nutritious and delicious :-)

People please feel comfortable eating all your points once in awhile. I would eat all my points and more on special occasions and lost 100 lbs. Shaking it up may help you.

You'll never survive WW maintenance if you're not eating your weekly points.
