Hey all!  So I start off the day great with lots of motivation and then the day happens and by dinner time I find myself grazing and eating like crap!Hey all! Oatmeal with berries and cool whip. Hot or cold.

Are you eating a hardy breakfast and lunch? Are you planning tasty, fun dinners and snacks to look forward to?

Brush teeth, drink water & no food after 7 pm unless I’m at my daughter’s house since they eat supper around that time.

Make sure to have better choices available. Also a favorite hot tea helps. Swiss Miss reduced calorie hot chocolate is only 1 point. Decaf coffee. Something about a hot beverage really helps me.

I've been trying different hot tea flavors and really enjoying them with Truvia or honey.

Eat more 0 point foods during the day and keep lots of points for snacks at night if you know you can’t stop yourself.

I used to struggle with this! Especially on weekends as there is always family dinners that I have very little control over. So I weigh in on Friday before the craziness begins. I track everything. When Monday comes around, I know how many weekly points I have left and I track a day ahead so that I am more likely to stick within my daily points! Working for me so far! I reward myself using the remaining weeklies when I see progress!
