Does anyone have any breakfast ideas? I have been recently diagnosed with a sensitivity to dairy, wheat and egg whites and I am to avoid.

How about a gluten free toast it hot cereal. Both served w jam. I love spelt bread w smoked salmon. That is what I ate when I count have gluten and dairy. Good luck!

Fresh fruit, make a smoothie with almond milk or any kind that’s not dairy. You said allergic to egg whites but can you still eat a whole cooked egg? My niece has a egg allergy to but can eat them cooked a certain way still.

Since the diagnosis is so recent, this is what I would do. I would Google lists of non dairy and wheat foods. Then, I would compare those to the zero points food lists, and then check off foods I enjoy. Then, I would Google WW Smart Points Freestyle recipes with those ingredients. Good luck!

Do lunch type items, as long as it is a balanced meal with protein , fiber & low sugar - tons of zero pint foods.

Don’t limit yourself to “typical” breakfast foods. Be creative with whatever you like to eat

Puffed rice and puffed kamut cereal and cheerios are all low points. I use unsweetened almond milk with them.
