You can still have french toast, waffles. For french toast, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and eggs are 0, I use 1 point bread. I top with fruit and fat free reddi whip. I am lazy and use eggo lowfat multigrain waffles, 2 pts each. Carmelize bananas are 0 on top, just put bananas in fry pan sprayed with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon. My ordinary breakfast is dannon light and fit Greek yogurt, ww breakfast cookies and fruit for 5 points.
