We need some new breakfast ideas. I fell off the wagon and gained so much weight after losing so much last year. Stress eating is a killer lol. So my SO cooks for me every day, but he’s used to making French toast and waffles, etc. What do you guys do for low point breakfasts? I’ve looked through the group, but they’re relatively scattered and a lot of oats, which I’m not interested in. I’m having a 0 point omelet this morning, but that’ll get old really quickly lol. My SO and I are on the Blue plan.

I have eggs often. But I enjoy eggs. I do hard boiled, scrambled (which is a few points for the milk), fried. Sometimes I have toast too but I’m breastfeeding so I need the carbs, when I’m not I cut that out more often than not.

I love the 2 ingredient dough bagels with Everything but the Bagel spice from Trader Joe's! 2 pts!

You can still have french toast, waffles. For french toast, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and eggs are 0, I use 1 point bread. I top with fruit and fat free reddi whip. I am lazy and use eggo lowfat multigrain waffles, 2 pts each. Carmelize bananas are 0 on top, just put bananas in fry pan sprayed with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon. My ordinary breakfast is dannon light and fit Greek yogurt, ww breakfast cookies and fruit for 5 points.

I like scrambled eggs with fat free refried beans, salsa and greek yogurt. That’s all 0, but you could pan fry a corn tortilla in pam, and add queso fresco to make a breakfast tostada and it would be 3-4 points.

Eggs! So many ways. I use Schmitt 647 bread for 1pt/slice toast. Butterball turkey breakfast sausage is 1pt/piece. Ole Xtreme wellness wraps are 1pt/wrap. I combine a few of these in a different way quite often!

I make a mug banana bread that is delish! 1 mashed banana 3 T flour 1/2 t vanilla 1/2 t baking powder 1 pack of Splenda (optional) This is 2 pts (on green) This am I added 19 Lily’s choc chips for 1 additional pt and that was delish too!

Canadian bacon (0 pts for 1), eggs and multi grain English muffins. (3 pts) or toasted Sara Lee 45 cal bread (2pts for 2 slices). Hormel has a precooked bacon thats 1 pt each. Kodiak pancakes (lots of protein) are 5 points for 3 but top them with fruit, fat free cool whip and/or SF syrup and you’ll stay full til lunch.

Eggs on toast - 1 point on blue - I use a nonstick pan and spray, and put two yolky eggs on 647 toast with arugula. The runny yolks make the lack of butter on the toast acceptable. The arugula makes it a little more interesting.

I have 2 waffles 5 pts. for both. Sometimes I put applesauce on them, sometimes sugar free syrup. I am trying to watch my sugar intake also. Some times I have grits and eggs, I can’t eat eggs everyday because of my cholesterol sometimes I have an English muffin toasted. It all depends on how hungry I am

Protein smoothies, 1 point pancakes with fruit and sugar free syrup eggs and turkey bacon with toast 1 point per slice and sometimes add shredded hash browns.

What do you like to eat? What makes you feel satisfied. Sometimes I do protein smoothies with whole fruit, other times I do oatmeal almonds, raisins and oat milk, other times I take individual containers and put an egg a dash of milk any kind of veggies in and onions or garlic and bake. Then freeze and take them out one at a time. Sometimes I have leftovers. like a chicken vegetable stirfy and rice. but the largest question is. what do you enjoy and how can you make it work? and I also pay attention to the nutes when I can.

I make the two ingredient dough breakfast calzone in the app. It is really good. Sometimes I just leave it open like a pizza. Seem bigger that way.

Fage 0% yogurt 150g mixed with cheesecke sugar free pudding 3g add fresh blueberries and 1/2 banana sliced 2 Tbsp PB2 mixed with a little extra water And Julian's granola 25g 3pt on green and very filling
