I wore my duck boots last night December they fit great, last night I was walking out of them so yes lol always needed a size 10 now I need a size 9 so I’ve lost a whole shoe size.

Yes, since I've lost the weight, I am also cold all the time. My coworkers look at me like I'm crazy because I sit with a blanket on over my legs and a fleece jacket.

Yes and yes. Im literally frozen all the time. I have blankets all around my house to wrap myself up in haha. I also went down 1. 5 sizes in shoes. My slippers fall off regularly haha. I hate being cold so thats the worst of the two problems for me but i try to remember it will take time for my body to adjust to not having so much insulating fat.

Yes on the cold! Went down half a size In shoes. Had to get my bracelet re sized and my ring resized one and a half sizes ( lost 50ish pounds). And ohhhhh my boobs! The one place I didn’t want to loose. Hahhaa
