I find that tracking everything I eat, weighing food to get correct point totals and planning my meals all help me a lot! They help me stay on track!

Listen, I ate three doughnuts last night. Three. They were chocolate and fantastic and I have no regrets. I’m getting back on the healthy train today. I’m planning to make chickpea tacos for dinner, whole grain pasta and broccoli planned for lunch and probably some eggs and yogurt for breakfast. I also plan on not buying any more doughnuts lol. You got this! Just keep telling yourself you can do it, plan ahead, keep healthy food on hand and in the house, and remember your reason why.

Why Monday? Why not today? That’s my biggest weakness- I keep putting off my accountability until a future date. Be accountable now.

I get it! First few weeks I was same way. If I screwed up my thought was well I’ll just eat what I want rest of week and start over on Monday. Well how was that working for me you ask? Wasn’t so now if I screw up I put points in the app and hop back on next day.

I fill the house with low point food for meals and snacks and get rid of everything else so my fresh start is more likely to work. I'm not a planner by nature but the only way I can do this is to plan for my meals and snacks in advance so I'm not as tempted.

Start paying attention to your positive behaviors. Forget about the less healthy choices. as others said plan 0 & low point meals & snacks & shop/stock up. Have you done that? If not that’s today’s victory! Simple one meal, snack at a time & feel good about every victory!

My suggestion would be to take today and make a plan! What do you want to eat for the week? Then go by the food and do some prep for yourself! Today is a great day to restart!

Make sure you have shopped and have foods in the house for meals and snacks. Then try to plan your meals at least the day before. Have enough low point or 0 point snacks on hand in case you get the munchies.

@hoax55978 that's usually mine too! Have to prepare ahead of time. I make this recipe. double it . and freeze it in small containers. It's really good and easy to pull out in a pinch and heat in the microwave. Also very filling.

I find if I prepare and have my breakfast food ready, it really helps. I use my Sundays as a prep day for the week. That really helps me out. You can do it. Good luck

Taylor- try WW values with some intermittent fasting this week- light low point breakie , - no snacks- low point lunch - no snacks- and WW point dins. - NO SNACKS. It helps your metabolism reset and you will feel your bones again. Find Authentic sourdough bread, and good kumbacha too. ❤️ It works for me getting back on track! I am up after a big lax during some stress. feeling better after this. And staying the course till I am back to my BMI. ❤️

I have to start fresh each day, I can't look back, but I start daily, not tomorrow because I can't ever get to tomorrow.

Why not get back on track right now? Old habits take time to break; be kind to yourself and just keep right on going! We are all here along with you 24-7! We have been there too!

Start today✅✔️. Don’t wait till Monday. The longer you wait the harder it is. You got this

I've also had a hard time getting back on track. I do online only, if I want to go to a workshop, how much does it cost?

I’ve fallen off track many times since starting in January  Don’t let negative self talk sabotage your goals. Try not to be so hard on yourself. Remember tomorrow is always a new day.

You’re not a failure. You see where you went wrong. Time to pick yourself up one habit at a time. You got this.

I’ve fallen so many times. and I’m really struggling right now. we just have to pick up at the next meal. Not the next day. Just brush our knees off and get started. We are worth it!

I pretrack to keep from going over. Can add a little and use weeklies and can sub something if I don't feel like what I pretracked. Just start over at your next meal and aim for more free foods. Sometimes surprised at weigh in and lose when I'm sure I would go up.

I did the same thing, I wrote down how I felt when I gained it all back. Refer to it frequently. In the back of my mind I thought I will eat what I want on vacation and drop it easily when I get home. Well, didn't fall off as easy as I remembered. I won't forget again all the work and time it took to lose. I'm on track this now. Reset it's doable. Reflect back to see what started your backslide. Good luck!

You've got this? We all fall down. We are only human after all! I have been a WW member off and on since the early 80's. I reached my goal weight everytime. Got my gold key. You would think by now I would have learned. Well this time I introduced walking which gives me even more wins which gives me more points per week if I need to over indulge I pre-track my 3 meals and snacks every morning. If something changes I change my tracked items. The most important thing is you are back at it.

Monday? Why not now? If you had one flat tire, would you slash the other three. It’s no too late to Get back on track now

Just start back up. It only works if you track. If your mind is like mine when you don’t track you remember selective points and wonder why you gained. It’s ok just start back up

If you fall off just pick your self back up and try again

by (3.1k points)
Just start all over again and tell your self its a new begging and the night before write down what you are going to eat for breakfast and lunch and dinner and all the points that you are going to eat that day and if you have points left over then you can eat something for a snack and tell your self you are going to stick with it for a week and see what happens I bet you lose weight and remember drink lots of water and do a little bit of exercising try that good luck

I, too, had a bad week. Two parties and an overnight girls trip. I tracked everything though and stayed the same weight wise but I expect it to show up on next weeks weigh in. I’m gonna be real vigilant this week, but have another party this Saturday. would love a loss but at least hoping to stay the same again!

The quicker you can leave what you did and get back on track the better you will feel. You cannot do anything about the past but can change the future.

Don’t look at it as failing, but a lesson learned. Look at it as a lifestyle choice. Even if you go over your points, put it in your mind that you will track EVERYTHING even if it’s not a great, healthy choice. I think that’s a place to start to keep from falling off.

Thats why I like two meals only , spaced out. Don't have to count anything if you eat clean and healthy.

Make a plan of what you're going to eat. Make sure you track. For me I like to have an evening snack so I make sure I save some points for a reasonable evening snack. That was my bad binge time before. Now I can usually handle it

I totally fell off the wagon on Valentine's day. Got back on plan and today I am back where I was. Decided I'm not going to celebrate holidays with inappropriate food in the future.

It's hard sometimes. Sometimes I just have to grit my teeth and say, "no". I don't have food I can't stop eating in the house. I rarely go out to eat.
