Eat smaller meals more frequently. Add baby carrots, cucumbers etc etc and add some seasoning to those veggies. But the key is to eat frequently, smaller meals but more. Spread them all out during the day. I eat 10-12 times a day, but it's small. for example: an apple is one, a cup of carrots is another, a large cucumber is another one, two boiled eggs is another. etc etc. do this all the way till you go to bed. I usually eat two tablespoons of peanut butter before bed and that keeps me full.
