Night cravings destroy me.  I eat enough during the day and allow for a snack mid-evening.Night cravings destroy me. I eat enough during the day and allow for a snack mid-evening. I think it’s boredom though. Any advice? What do you do to fight cravings?

Eat smaller meals more frequently. Add baby carrots, cucumbers etc etc and add some seasoning to those veggies. But the key is to eat frequently, smaller meals but more. Spread them all out during the day. I eat 10-12 times a day, but it's small. for example: an apple is one, a cup of carrots is another, a large cucumber is another one, two boiled eggs is another. etc etc. do this all the way till you go to bed. I usually eat two tablespoons of peanut butter before bed and that keeps me full.

1. Eat low point foods and be prepared. Grapes frozen, yogurt, skinny pop popcorn 2. Paint your nails 3. Go to bed 4. Craft, coloring book, etc 5. Leave the kitchen and don't go back in

I struggled often with this. I bought reduced calorie hot chocolate and I would sip on it. I looked forward to it and it helped with keeping night snacking to a minimum

When I find I'm snacking out if boredom in the evening I will brush my teeth so I dont eat more

Get a dash egg cooker on eBay or amazon. Nine minutes done, plunge in ice water, shell comes off in one piece. Unless you are on Green, eggs are zero points! Easy to eat a healthy protein snack zero points!

I have the same struggle I am trying to start crafting to keep my mind busy. Watching tv makes me want to snack
