Try adding in some extra fibre to your diet, I use metamucil and it keeps me regular!

Fiber, water and you need at least 2 -3 servings of fat per day for vitamin absorption and gut health. Fish oil capsules work great or cold liver oil with the metamucil drink.

That was happening with me too. I was over doing the whole grain items. Talked to my doctor and she said try no grains for 3 weeks. She said to think of the gluten as “glue”. I did pretty good and didn’t eat gluten or corn but still ate rice. Anyway things are much better in that department. Yay! Good luck to you.

Metamucil is not a bad option. Stir 1 Tbl in water briskly and drink. Increases fiber, decreases constipation.

I read quite a bit of the posts and most are things I've heard of and help. Metamucil or Benafiber and as most said lots of water. I my spine is collapsing. and the pain medication will back you up as well. If you are taking any pain meds you really need to add Metamucil type fiber daily.

Add some fat, drink lots of water and for me, I had to stay away from bananas. they were binding me up! If you’re still having issues, try some Senekot.

Your getting to much fiber. To much of healthy foods get back fire. Most of the time it’s Constipation. Slow up on your intake and drink some coffee it works like a charm. You can also try milk thistle

Yes add some fat and make sure you are drinking enough water to keep the fiber moving

You need fat to help you go daily. Make sure to use olive oil to cook your proteins. Take magnesium every night before bed. I also make sure to eat fermented foods like yogurt, sauerkraut (raw), or fermented pickles.
