How possible is it to lose 30 lbs in 6. 5 months? I have a girls trip to Nashville in that amount of time and could stand to lose about 50-60 total, so I’m hoping 30 is a realistic goal. Anyone have any similar stories to share?

I've lost 40 since the end of July. It can be done. I don't have cheat meals or cheat days. I am low carb and have cut certain things completely out of my diet. I don't go out to eat. I pack my lunch everyday to work. Eating good wholesome foods. No junk food or sugary items

If you follow the program, track everything and stay within your daily points you can do it. I began last February and I think I lost 25 pounds or more by May. I have lost over 50 now. Just stuck with it and remember your goal

It's something that can be done. It takes a lot of discipline and control. You have to stick to the plan 100% and exercise regularly. It's ambitious, but i wouldn't say it can't be done. Good luck. I hope you make it!

I’m down 35 pounds in 6 months. I’m 68 years old and walk most days but don’t really do any other exercise. Just be honest with your points and drink your water. it’s totally doable.

Totally possible! That’s under 2 lbs a week. Exercise daily and use your zero point foods. If you hit a plateau, eat a cheat meal or switch plans for a week or two. You’ve got this!

I’m down 17lbs in 6 weeks so it’s absolutely possible! Everyone is different but key for me has been prepping meals and snacks ahead so that I’m not tempted to grab whatever is easy and also tracking every last point, even the bad ones when I slip up. You can do this, hope your girls trip is amazing

Stop drinking all soda, even diet. I did this and dropped 30 pounds in just a couple of months. I drink water, unsweetened ice tea or black coffee. No artificial sweeteners.

Very doable! I like the app happy scale (it’s free). It will have you put your goal in and then ask if you are committed to losing 1 or 2 lbs per week, it then updates your estimated date for your goal. Mine was beginning of next for 2lb/week but overall I’ve averaged a little more so now it shows dec 6 is when I will reach my goal weight.
by (1.4k points)
It shows milestone 1 because you can set it up as 1 big milestone or 10 smaller ones. For this app I just have my overall goal, but I have smaller goals set for myself on my own.

I had wanted to be down 20 lbs for a trip I took recently. I had lost 13 lbs . Although I was disappointed I was happy to be down 13 and not up . So set your goal , work hard and be happy for every pound you lose. Good luck !

WW is not a fast , loose a lot of weight program. But it's possible for you to loose that much. Track your points and stick with it. I wish you luck !
