3 BEAN n 6 Veggie Salad. I use canned (Read brand) 3 bean salad. (yes, undrained it has points but after you add all the veg and don't consume the liquid, it's low points. Use a narrow bowl. In the bottom of the bowl have a bout 2 Cups of chopped firm veggies; cauliflower, red n grn bell pepper, white onion, sliced celery and carrots, chopped seeded cucumber (not peeled). Seasoning 1 pkt sweetener, 2 T Vinegar, dry dill. Dump the canned 3 Bean salad with the liquid in on top of the other veg. Don't stir. Let the new veg marinade in the liq overnight. Stir when ready to serve. Serve w slotted spoon. Everything added is zero points. the canned 3 bean With the liq is 10 points. So, drained, it's less than 10 points for the entire bowl. So, just 1-2 pnts per serving.

my recipe is different from WW. I use Rubensteins canned red salmon. One egg, panko, parsley, salt and pepper, a little mayo. It makes six or seven patties.

Rhode Island. I had Rabinowitz relatives in Poughkeepsie. I don't know the points. I've been making them that way for many years. Oh, sometimes I put a bit of onion in. I tried them on a nonstick pan, using PAM.

If you stay home maybe you could do what I do, I freeze individual chicken breasts and pull one out at night so it'll be thawed for lunch the next day. It takes just a few minutes to saute chicken breast and then I pour some frozen green beans over the top of it when it's about done put a lid on it and let them get nice and hot and it makes a great lunch. I'll usually throw some onions and peppers in with it.
