Hard boiled egg, slice velvetta, couple slices deli turkey breast, 3 olives, cherry tomatoes, 1 point worth of crackers, mustard, and 2 or 3 points of soup, depending on the soup. 4 - 5 points total. My winter 2020 go to. If we are going out to dinner or have been out to dinner the night before, I can turn out a zero point lunch. Additional veggies and a zero point soup that I made over the weekend and no velvetta slice or crackers. It’s all about balance.

My go-to's for lunch are spinach wraps with sliced chicken breast (skinless/boneless) of any flavor and then doctor it up how you want for flavor (no cheese, mayo, etc. ). Another thing is chili. If you like chili, it's so easy to make a pot of that with ground turkey (or beef). I also like baked chips with whatever I take for lunch. They are 4 to 5 (green) points but I don't care for veggie straws or other things that people eat to replace chips.

Sandwich on Sara Lee Delightful wheat bread. I get Boars head turkey or chicken from the deli. It’s 2 points so you can add some light chips (baked lays) and not wreck your day.

I eat a 5 point sandwich. 2 slices of Sara Lee 45 delights multigrain bread, 2 points. 2 slices deli lean ham, 1 pt, and 2 tablespoons of Helmand light Mayo, 2 pts. Then I add slices tomato, lettuce, and pickles - all 0 pts. I also have a piece of fruit for 0 pts. Very filling.
