Thank you everyone! I have fallen so far off the wagon I may never find it again. . So discouraging. I am going to do better this week when I get back to work. No more crap and a walk a day.

@leatriceleave8483 we are all in together. I’m off the wagon but won’t beat myself up. Tomorrow fresh start Marathon, not a sprint! Good luck

I like the WW snacks (the cinnamon and chocolate ones are yummy) and fruit - I always have an apple or banana! I do turkey or roast beef roll ups. I always have good thins (the corn ones) around to eat by themselves or with salsa or hummus (careful with the hummus). I also love rice cakes and pickles (not together. ).

I have gotten in the habit of taking a Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice or Smart Ones frozen meal everyday. It helps me plan my points for the day, it's saving me money cause I'm not eating out as much, plus they have made significant improvements in the taste of these over the years. Some are really good.

@kelsiekelso159 which ones have the most bang for you buck in regards to points?

I try to stay with 10 points for lunch, I'm on the green plan. I love the Lean Cuisine bbq chicken and mashed potatoes, Lean Cuisine meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The Mexican flavored ones have been good too. I won't say that they're all good, you just got to try the ones that appeal to you.

Been doing meal prep with a friend. We each pick a recipe, then trade some, and freeze some. Pinterest is our friend.

Start by making a list of all the healthy lunch and snack ideas you can think of. Then pick and choose from that list everyday, this way you mix it up and stay healthy! What are you currently doing in your fitness routine and what is your ultimate goal?

Sam. making a list is a great idea. I will do that tonight. As for fitness it is next to nil. I work 10 hour days and commute 45 mins to and from work. So I struggle with exercise. I am trying to get my butt moving for even a 30 minute walk daily. it’s a start
