Salad in a canning jar which is layered. You can add the dressing when its time to eat. Boiled egg or tuna is great protein too!

Flat out wrap, spread 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese instead of mayo, ff chicken breast or turkey lunch meat, add veggies to you liking. Single serve bag of pop chips and fruit

I have 5 plastic boxes. I chop fresh salad vegetables into bite size pieces ( I also prefer the very small tomatoes). No leafy veg which goes off. Each day I add low point protein and salad dressing to one box for lunch which takes 5 mins.

I just got some Boars head No sodium Turkey breast and Boar head low calorie baby lace swiss cheese both deli sliced and make roll ups. So easy and filling.

Built bars are a must! They are my favorite breakfast lunch and snack, especially with me being so stressed out. They have really saved me during quarantine. They are low carb, high protein. They keep me full longer. They are only 60-110 calories 2-4 ww points each. I eat them everyday to stay on track. They are honestly a game changer! I love them! ❤️ I haven’t had one I didn’t like.
