Green because it has few zero point foods except veggies and fruits. I lost my weight on the green plan years ago and am a LT. But under the Blue plan I just never lost and had trouble maintaining. I think I had too much that I saw a free food as zero points. I am 3 weeks on it and started to exercise. I lost 2 weeks and gained 0. 4 last week. So I hope this is a good week

I started on blue which was freestyle plan I switched to purple after Christmas and I love it. It was what I needed to boost my weight loss and get myself going and love it. Having less points was an adjustment but what I needed to increase my efforts.

@surrogate I agree! I did awesome on smart points too, they switched to blue and I went down the tubes! And once you fall off it’s so damn hard to get back to it!

I've tried all 3. I'm currently on purple. It steers me towards making healthy choices for my food. I just have to watch my portion sizes.

They are each variations of the most recent plans. I was on all at one time or another— I lost (and gained) on all 3 depending on my efforts.  is about Mindset- not Food. The right plan is always the one that fits your lifestyle. That’s the one you will stick with and long term results

I don’t do colors or change everytime WW does. I am on my original plan, decided to lose 30#, got to goal, decided to lose another 10#. I eat good Food & track. I may gain a little then lose a little but I have maintained my weight since 2007!
