Good Morning ☀️ What are some tips, regimens etc; that you do on your weight loss journey?

Good Morning ☀️ What are some tips, regimens etc; that you do on your weight loss journey? I will go first. I use the one dollar store brand chest rub to apply to my abdomen and then apply my workout black band to my abdomen before my one hour exercise walk. It helps me to sweat and lose tummy fat. Secondly, I use a facial steamer with one drop of vitamin e oil (dollar store brand) in the distilled water to get the impurities out of my skin and to tighten my skin. I get up early each morning to take my doodle on a 1 -2 mile walk. After we get back I clean him up, then myself & then weigh. Yes I weigh each day as it helps me to reflect on how my body is processing the different foods I have. Some days I’m up lightly but most I’m down slightly. Really keeps me motivated to see the slow trickle downwards

not my long haul focus but for me a tool to better understand how my body reacts to certain foods & a motivation tool for right now to stay on track while at home not working. I lost my job due to Covid so it would be very easy for me to get back into the habit of being a couch potato again

WTG! I am deciding how I should go forth. Questioning comes from being compulsive/obsessive type. I too weight each day, same thinking as you. My reasoning is different, I think. Thanks for your help! Keep up the good work!

Understand! Here's my crazy, if I have a w/in point salty snack, I know I will be up 3-4 lbs. I weigh myself & sure enough, I am on target. Still figuring things out. If I know, why do I need to weigh? Oh boy, way to go I guess. Lol

I plan my eating for the day, start w/ what is hardest for me, exercise and than work on developing an exciting, & somehow profitable, way to make the last 25 years f**king amazing. NO FOOD INVOLVED! That's how I roll ( haha hopefully not literally)
