Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce, but diet plays a big role! Try to stay away from processed foods, eat more fruits & veggies, drink lots of water!

I’m the same way. I am carrying a lot in my stomach. I’ve had 4 children and they were all c-sections. So far I can’t tell a difference in that area even though I’m down a little over 25 pounds

We can’t control where our bodies lose weight from. Just trust your body and it’s process.

I like to use the waist band on my abdomen and apply Vick’s vapor rub to my abdomen before exercising. I sweat in the mid section really good. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my abdomen once I lost weight

I didn't notice it start to tighten until I was down 65lbs. Granted I could tell but my skin got tighter and I could really tell

I am adjusting my target in 20 lbs increments. I have lost 11 lbs so far. Struggling to maintain focus.

@talent Dumas Fortenberry i always keep my big goal weight, but I set small challenges for myself. I am down 24. 8lbs ( my two month weigh in is tomorrow)since March 7th. My small goal was to lose 25 by May 7th. I keep it in my notes in my phone this keeps me in line, in focus and excited about it all. It’s a bit of mind trickery but it works.

Think about it. 8more lbs to go before I hit -25lbs in only 8 weeks. Insanity!

Just since starting WW last week I cant believe the difference in my stomach! Ive only lost 5 pounds but theres a noticeable difference in my belly already. Im sure it was mainly bloat. Ive been walking 8-10 kms a day and eating lots of fiber rich foods has really helped my digestion. Im sure you will notice a big difference with the healthy food choices and if you exercise even that much more.

Mine is belly. Reality is we have no control where the weight comes from. The body is going to take it from wherever it wants.
