I’m new to weight watchers and was wondering if you guys had any tips for me? I’m looking to lose 20lbs to get to my set goal then work my way to my goal weight! -thanks

Hi and welcome. My advice to you is definitely track. drink your water. try to move everyday even if it’s 15 minutes. But most of all be patient with yourself! Best of luck!

Track, drink water  and be patient this is a lifestyle change not a sprint. I have been at lifetime status for a little over 2 years on March 17th. We are here for you.

Dont forget to walk , walk, walk. Start out slow increase weekly. You will be surprised
