Switch things up, go low carb, switch plans, limit fruit to 1 cup a day, add raw green veggies and only eat fins and feathers for proteins and limit 4 legged proteins to zero or 2x a week minimum. Add extra water and take 2 tbsp of raw organic diluted ACV with the mother every day. Add lemon with the peels to your water and green tea. Cut out all soda and diet soda.
