Weight can change dramatically over days. Could be water, bloat, constipation, that time of the month, all types of things. Just don’t give up, the downwards trend is what’s important. Also, please don’t give up on exercise - it’s def not making you gain fat - and it has SO many health benefits. (Although, exercise only helps a little with weight loss - the food is much more important). Hang in there. Keep doing what your doing and I’ll bet your weight will still trend down overall.
