This was posted in this group, but not from me. **UPDATED FOR INFO: YOU MUST USE "FLAPJACK & WAFFLE MIX. If you use the muffin mix it will be 3 points. You have to use the one in my picture for the 1 point muffin. ** I jumped on the Kodiak Cake Muffin bandwagon finally. These things are delicious. It's a nice chocolate fix for sure. Recipe makes 12 regular sized muffins! Each muffin is 1 point!  I know it's shocking, lol. Recipe: 2 bananas 2 eggs 2 tsp baking powder ½ cup of unsweetened applesauce 1 cup chocolate kodiak pancake mix Preheat oven to 350°. Spray muffin pan. Mash bananas. Mix in eggs and applesauce. I used the blender to mix all the wet ingredients. (Only takes a few seconds if you blend). Mix in baking powder and kodiak mix. Spoon a little less than 1/3 cup into each cup. Bake for 15 to 20 mins depending on oven. Toothpick it to check if it’s done. **You can omit the bananas and add more applesauce or omit the applesauce and add 1 more banana. I did both to not have too much banana flavor and more chocolate**
