Does anyone else take “normal” recipes and make them more weight watchers friendly? There is a recipe I would love to make but I have no clue how to make it more healthy, if I even can.

I feel like the milk cream cheese and maybe do half fat free cheese and half regular and it would be pretty point friendly  it even sounds good like over brown rice or veggies if you didn’t want to use pasta

I do! I lower the oil content, use monkfruit instead of honey or sugar, sub fruit juices for sweetener as well.

Yes. Most can but you might have to tweak it a couple times before it's satisfying. Write it down and then create the recipe on the app to get the points.
