Has anyone not eaten their weeklies and lost little weight, and started to eat them and lost more? In other words, You started losing weight once you stated eating weeklies? Has this happened to anyone?

I started WW on Jan 6. I eat all of my daily points and I use all of my weekly points for one "high calorie" day every Friday (I track everything and deny myself nothing). I do intermittent fasting from 7 pm to 11 am Sun-Thu. I do Body Groove for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, alternating between low and high intensity. As of today I'm down a total of 16 lbs (consistently loosing 1 to 3 lbs each week since I started), I am into clothing I haven't worn in years and I honestly don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. Having said that, every body is different so keep trying until you find something that works for your body. Please remember, if you find what your doing to be too difficult or you feel like you are constantly denying yourself, you will not stick to it. Good luck! :)

I started talking to a fitness consultant and they swear I am not eating enough and I should start using my weeklies. It’s hard for me to wrap my brain around

I have been on plateau for weeks n my fitness trainer doesn't think I am eating enough either

I rarely don’t eat my weeklies but I workout pretty heavily and have found that in the past even though i wasn’t hungry I was properly fueling my body. And some times we need to shock the body with an out of norm food to kick start out of plateaus

I happens to some people. Continue eating them if you are losing, it be prepared to stop again after you’ve lost a few more pounds. You may need to shake things up for your body to cooperate.

I didn’t use my weeklies when I lost my first 20 but I’ve been stuck for a very long time and I find that I can lose a little bit more now if I use my weeklies

I very seldom go into my weeklies- I lose about 1 to 1. 5 a week. I don't eat the same amount of points everyday. Some day I leave 5-6 points and some days I eat them all.

@jungjungfrau Blue plan. It isn't that hard. Today I have had 2 scrambled eggs 0, 3 slices Hormel black label bacon 2 pts, 3 oz chicken breast 0 points, green beans 0 points, hamburger steak 6 pts, 18 kettle cooked chips 4 pts. I am satisfied.

Yes! I found when I ate half to all my weeklies I had better success in both loss and not feeling deprived. I successfully lost 70lbs.
