I started WW on Jan 6. I eat all of my daily points and I use all of my weekly points for one "high calorie" day every Friday (I track everything and deny myself nothing). I do intermittent fasting from 7 pm to 11 am Sun-Thu. I do Body Groove for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, alternating between low and high intensity. As of today I'm down a total of 16 lbs (consistently loosing 1 to 3 lbs each week since I started), I am into clothing I haven't worn in years and I honestly don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. Having said that, every body is different so keep trying until you find something that works for your body. Please remember, if you find what your doing to be too difficult or you feel like you are constantly denying yourself, you will not stick to it. Good luck! :)
