This question is to the people who eat their weeklies and still lose 1-2 pounds a week. How do you eat your weeklies? Do you eat them all in one “reward meal”? Do you eat just enough to still get your blue dots? I’m really tempted to do an experiment lol This week I have been super good. The majority of the week I had points left over and only snacked on my low point popcorn and low point candy. Weigh in is tomorrow and I’m thinking it’ll be just under a pound I’ve lost. Maybe this week I’ll try eating my points and my weeklies. The thing is, what do you eat? I have 3 meals a day. What else can you eat to eat up the weeklies?

Get a fit bit and use fitness points only I have yet to use them all in a week

If I ate out I’d use my weeklies or my after dinner drink, I’d use them then.

If I know I’m going out, I use them then. If not, I stagger them throughout the week. But I generally use them so I don’t feel deprived. It’s psychological for me. When I feel like I’m dieting too much, I sabotage myself. They keep me on track.

My weigh in is Saturday morning. I only use them on the weekend.

Either way. Sometimes I have an event I want to save them up for and use them at one time. Other times, especially if I have been working out a lot, I use a few extra each day if I’m hungry.

Weeklies are for when your dailies aren’t enough to keep you from being hungry or when eating higher pointed food

I usually have more success with weight loss when I’m using close to all of my weeklies. And that could mean using them all in one day at a special event or slowly during the week. For as we all lose weight differently I feel it’s important that to understanding as individuals experimenting with weeklies to see what works best for us it’s important to Remember to also to be drinking the same amount of water, get the same amount of sleep and the same amount of exercise. So this way you can get an accurate account of how using your weeklies affect you.

I mix it up. Most of the time, I divide them equally through the week, but sometimes on the weekend or for a special event/holiday, I eat most of them on that day. Since I mix it up, it keeps my metabolism guessing and I keep losing.

Unless there is a special occasion I save for, I use them as I need them throughout the week. I don’t chase . They aren’t core to the plan - living within total points is the program

I save all my four point rollovers during the week. On Saturday I eat zero point foods for breakfast and lunch. Then I use my weeklies plus my Saturday dailies and have a nice dinner and a couple drinks out on Saturday night.
