I have two pkgs of boneless skinless chicken thighs. Any ideas for a good recipe. Maybe teriyaki? I’m on blue.

I like just cooking them in low sodium chicken broth with seasoning. They are moist and super easy!

Just last night I chopped some up and sautéed with cooking spray and onions then added a little of the teriyaki sauce from Aldi. I served over riced cauliflower and it was really tasty and filling. 1 point on blue!

I've always wanted to try chicken thighs but I never know what to do with them.

One pan. Veggies. I like Brussel sprouts, butter nut squash and sweet potatoes with C thighs. Coat with mixture of 2 T maple syrup 2 T soy sauce 3 T Dijon. Bake 350. So good

I made the chicken thigh topped with artichoke/feta cheese from the website last week and I loved it. My first time eating artichoke.

Marinate in Soy Vey Teriyaki several hours or over night then grill or fry in fry pan at medium temp.

I was trying to post the link to this recipe but it keeps posting as a tuna recipe. Google Chicken, mushroom, and brown rice slow cooker casserole. This is a WW recipe. 4 points for blue and green and 2 points purple. Uses 20 oz of boneless chicken thighs.

I toss them in a bit of olive oil, cumin, adobe, garlic powder and roast them in the oven.
