I did WW years ago and did well. I am back and ready to get going again. The new colors and points to load all info on phone is new. Mine was pen and paper. Anyway. What are bests and simple tips and tricks for meals and snacks for the blue plan? Or best advice for starting again after so long.

I eat a lot of 0 point vegetables, good lean protein, drink lots of water. I check all labels before I buy. Weigh my food and measure it. Track every bite.
