WW Veterans, many years ago when I did WW, we had a “rule” that if you were at a party and points got out of hand, you could take a max # points and start fresh the next day. Does anyone remember this? Anyone use this in the current program? It’s so discouraging to see a negative # points in the weekly running total

I need to see the negative points to get me back on track. I know negative points equal a gain.

The only person that sees your points is you, you can handle that anyway you like but remember, regardless of what you do in the app it does not change what you did in your life.

When things like that happen to me I use it as a challenge to see if I can earn enough fit points to bring up to the positive
