Panera Bread: Asian salad with dressing 1/2 order is 4 points on blue, 10 vegetable soup 1 cup is 1 point on blue. Jersey Mikes: kid size turkey & provolone sub on whole wheat roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickles and vinegar is 5 points on blue.

Unfortunately the Panera Bread in Delaware doesn’t have the black bean soup. I agree the chili is excellent too.
