It is soooo hard being allergic to bananas! I’m like there are so many things I could eat with them. I’ve been allergic to bananas almost all of my life , and I always wished I could have like a banana with peanut butter for a sweet

But I do enjoy fiber one brownies and cakes they are only 2 points and do a great job for a quick sweet treat

@breakout100 It sucks! I’ve been allergic my entire life. However, according to my family and friends I make the best banana nut bread they have ever had. So many smoothie recipes are made with them too!

I take ff/sf cheesecake jello pudding, ( I made the pudding like it says on the box) 3/4 cup Greek yogurt and mix together. 1 chocolate fiber 1 bar. Take the chocolate bar and microwave add a couple spoonful of the cheesecake on the bar and add fruit it’s like 2 points. I add the cheesecake mixture to fruit every morning for breakfast. The cheesecake mix is good in the fridge for a week. If I need something sweet I take a couple bites of that and it’s satisfying

Do you have Instagram? I might have some low points snacks/dessert on there. Have you tried built bars? Taste like a candy bar. They range from 3-4 points. I have a % OFF code if you ever order-WLFX2 Instagram. com/waistlinefriendly_x2

@everard I also added 1 Tbsp graham cracker crumbs under the yogurt for 1 extra point. It made it feel more like cheesecake to me.

@milamilady655 I’m new. Just joined. Can I ask. how do you make the pudding /yogurt mix? Just mix the pudding powder with the yogurt?
by (2.3k points)
@nebulize yes just the powder with the yogurt (no milk or any prep done to the pudding mix)

I've also done another dessert with sugar free pistachio pudding powder and yogurt. Then mix in a can of pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple (drain and discard the juice before mixing into the pudding/yogurt.
