Idk if this question is allowed and I’m sure someone has already asked but. Has anyone done Keto and then transitioned to Weight Watchers. Did you have any success or a complete failure? Just curious. Thanks

I am low carb (not in Ketosis). Because I’m not in Ketosis I don’t consider this Keto. The word Keto gets used quite loosely, I think. It’s not healthy to be in Ketosis for an extended amount of time. Anyway, I switched to low carb at the end of July, stopped counting points. I have remained a WW member and go to my weekly meeting. Low carb was a game changer for me. I love low carb. Less than 2 pounds until goal!

@doak25 what low carb stuff do you eat? I am prediabetic and need to lower my carb intake. Any thing you could share with me?

I did keto for about 8-9 weeks and didn't lose an ounce eating all that awful food. Started on WW purple and lost 10 pounds the first week eating good food, including fruit.
