Does anyone eat the dried mangos in the big bag from Costco? The only ingredient is mangos, so I’m hoping they’re 0 points. I love to chew on a few strips while watching tv in the evening. Really satisfies the sweet tooth and the desire to chew. Are they just counted as a fruit and thus 0 points?

Because the water has been removed from dried fruit, this concentrates all the sugar and calories in a much smaller package. For this reason, dried fruit is very high in calories and sugar, including both glucose and fructose.

Dried fruit is high. When you take the water out you make it smaller and concentrate the sugar
