I swap. The amount of oil stated I use vinegar and the amount of vinegar on package I use oil. Tastes the same 1/2 as much oil

I use vinegar choice of the day, add some mustard and garlic, water and dash of a healthy fat. Some times I just sprinkle it on my greens with some lemon juice or vinegar with splash of oil. Love that stuff
