It’s my birthday today. I’ve been off track for a few weeks now but today I worked out this morning, had my planned breakfast, did not snack (yes normally I do which helps me stay on track) and measured 6 points worth of cookie cake to have after my healthy/filling lunch. I walked 30 minutes over lunch. With skipping my normal snacks I’m a bit hungry so I just had a cup of fresh fruit! I’m going to have a light string cheese on my way home from work and I’m excited about my 8 pt birthday dinner out I have planned!
