Thanks Vanessa. Sucrolose is one that I do okay with. I get headaches with Equal and Stevia makes me nauseous. Will have to try heard they are good as creamer in coffee.

I can't because I already ate it. Lunch was a banana, a rice cake with a little spray butter and a sprinkle of kernel seasons, and a protien muffin. Total of 3 points on blue!

It’s my birthday today. I’ve been off track for a few weeks now but today I worked out this morning, had my planned breakfast, did not snack (yes normally I do which helps me stay on track) and measured 6 points worth of cookie cake to have after my healthy/filling lunch. I walked 30 minutes over lunch. With skipping my normal snacks I’m a bit hungry so I just had a cup of fresh fruit! I’m going to have a light string cheese on my way home from work and I’m excited about my 8 pt birthday dinner out I have planned!
